The one regret that I have on joining GISIL is that I will not have advisory bandwidth. Before joining GISIL two entrepreneurs connected with me based on my 10-10 thinking post. I visted them in Bhopal and Chandigarh and all of us found the interaction useful. I hope both these entrepreneurs do well and I would encourage start ups to look for advisors, angel employees, regular employees etc. using venture woods as one of their resources.
I remain an active angel investor through Band of Angels and will continue to post on venture woods when I get time.

It was indeed fruitful to interact with Sanjay and see the BIGGER picture. In fact, my head operations just corroborated his argument stating ‘ Remember Sanjay Said this to us…’ and his points get more weighage. Thanks Sanjay.
All start ups and entreprenuers must look upto opportnuities to interact with veterans, senior entrpreneurs who have ‘been there done that’, as these laernings helps to add value in the whole company.
Recently, we had achance to meet professor John Nesheim and it was amazing how our outlook changes when we can learn from so many start ups stories worldwide. His book ‘The power of unfair advantage’ is a Bible for companies like us.
Entrepreneurs should look beyond prospective investors and advisors to boost learning curve. They need to build a global company in next 5 years and it requires the inputs from world’ best brains.
