incidently, most travel sites have a strong stated mobile focus — how they do on the user experience is the big (imho) opportunity/risk.

Perhaps it’s time VCs carry a “We do not fund travel/job/matrimony sites” message on their Web sites:-)
I get the feeling that everyone in the online travel business is missing out on the mobile opportunity here, which could help improve user experience.
