Fakes just gives you a false impression that guy would be able to do, which they are not able to do. A lot of time you dont want to lay them off because it acts negatively on morals of other team members.
Hi ! In early 2006 Tata Consultancy Services (Mumbai) terminated (sacked) several senior programmer. I am desperate to know the real reason. Can anyone help me please? One of my uncles was working for 7-8 years in TCS and he was sacked and now he has been almost a psycho. I haven’t been told (no one knows) the actual reason. Can anyone let me know the real reason, that may help for his treatment also.
I also want to know if this things happen in any other software companies as well or not. Please help.

I am vinay from Hyderabad , I have seen the comments passed in this session such as What do you think prompts a candidate to fake his or her CV? Aren’t they afraid of getting caught?
Don’t you think Indian companies will earn a bad name due to this?
Answer is who is orignally inciting candidates to put fake experience, Dont u think Student with good stuff in technologies are getting hired after putting fake experience it means they have stuff and as they were not hired as part of freshers finally they have urged to put fake .
Normally software companies are ready to hire mechanical , civil and all other non -IT streams students to venture in IT but they are not ready to hire students who has less than 60% in academics with highly skilled.

how do you deal with vendetta? if an ex employer wants to rate someone badly just for the heck of it, do you have an open, transparent redressal system in place? ……
– We are working on a system where employers will also be rated on fairness.. and if a employe is regularly writing bad references.. his complete picture would be available in analysis .. so tht you can make a fair decision

Today our Indian software industry is flooded with ‘fake cv s’ and the leading software companies like Wipro, IBM have taken stringent action on the employees as well as all concerned people. In this context, this would be an interesting concept to remove the hurdles & foster the growth of this industry.
I think Fake CVs are huge threat to IT sector and it should be removed.
