I think i have wasted my life for it related job,all fake guys and reference jobs are having jobs in big companies they get huge salaries but rest of students who pay lacks of fees to colleges look for non-it jobs only loose money but gain non-it field jobs with less salary and their life sucks there after,if government cant provide it jobs why they implement such courses and why so many institutes doing business.Why government not taking any measures to control the population,its high time we educate people to control population.So everyone will have jobs.

I’m a MCA candidate with good percentage all over my academics. When i was passout it was purely recession and v did nt find any job. But nw as the softwr market is in goodsituation then all firms are asking for experience. Hw is it possible. so many of them preferring fake exp. while in the campus placements all the IT firms asks for min 60% from 10th standard, so all these guys when come out they find no jobs and after 1 year and so they are force fully need to use fake experience. Eventhough when compared to BE/BTech, MCA candidates with Master degree have very less opportunities in all sectors Or else equal importance will be given, same is the case even in Govt sectors. Then y they introduced the master degree MCA. Govt’s educational dept is directly responsible for all these reasons.
They r simply commercial and just playing with students future.
rohit : This is the reason why companies like Wipro Technologies has lost its populariy over the years to candidates. You would not see the best skilled resources are going to Wipro(Unless paid huge bucks).I want to know there are many cases when these companies hire a mass of people and put them in “Bench”es which they call a resource pool,which is used to grab Projects from Client showing the manpower.Now tell me do you expect these guys sitting in Benches literally having no project experience to put that in CV’s and get jobs?Most of them will certainly write some dummy project in order to get job. And some of the bastards like you will interview and hire that person. Now again you are the one when finding out that he faked while putting the project experience which was not real,throw him/her out and also propose for blacklisting. Are you not butchering your own ethics? Ultimately no one will get job if he/she puts Bench experience as his work info.He/she has to show some releavant project experience in order to support his/her hardwork and sharpness to clear interviews.What is your take on that?
Hi, In most of the Companies they will not hire fresher candidates,In there academy also dey wiil no syllabus what the companies are using so after completing there education dey will join the institue and learn some domains and join for small companies for time being as the companies will also pay very less salary and the company will also not provide any salary slips or other facilities, So for a better options the will definitely search for Fake Consultancy..
