Hi Everyone,
We are opening a sales office in Delhi and are looking for a functional set-up in a high quality building that can house 2 people there. We’d like a cabin or 2 cubicles with phones with 24/7 access to broadband, phones, a meeting room etc. in a commercial hub. I’d appreciate any leads to Business Centers that members have had a good experience with and that are reasonable in cost or else offers from other software companies that would be interested in offering the same environment on commercial terms and/or a similar arrangement out of our offices in Bombay. Drop me a line on roshan AT myzus DOT com
Cheers,
Roshan

I second SureV. Noida is cheaper and there are other places besides Logix park which are cheaper. You can scout in Sector 62/63 and take up an empty house or something. Email me and I can put you in touch with someone.
1L for 4 seater is exorbitant. We paid 25-30K for a two seater at Logix in Noida
Dear Roshan,
You can look-out Gurgaon for the space as couple of companies like Vatika, U&I, MySpace offering ready to move-in offices.

Roshan,
We used Vatika’s Business Centre at First India Place on MG Road in Gurgaon. Our 4 seater room cost us approx. Rs 1L per month, although rates would have gone up quite a lot since then.
Other options we explored were Regis in Saket, Nehru Place and Gurgaon. We found their package unsuuitable for our needs.
Usually you will have acces only on a 8am-8pm basis, with a heavy fee attached to late usage. You can choose options in terms of beverage/lunch service, use of automation/repographics facilities and so on.
Given the vagaries of the commercial rental market in NCR, make sure you can have the option of extending or opting out of your stay if you run into delays or good luck with finding your permanent office space.
Happy hunting.
