I am on the electoral reforms team of the Foundation for Restoration of National Values( FRNV). The president is Dr. E. Sreedharan, the man behind the Delhi Metro. I admire his execution capability which is why I volunteered. As a modest first step an appeal to the general secretaries of 26 political parties and an appeal to voters was sent By Dr. Sreedharan. While this may take time if voters who demand good governance become a large votebank then good governance will happen.
