About Us
Myzus is a provider of Products and Managed Services for the VAS revenue line of mobile operators (typically GSM). We are a product company and managed here means a managed deployment of our product. We are adding to our team and are looking for the following senior positions:-
1. CTO:-
We are looking for a technology leader who has built complex Java based enterprise systems and managed engineering teams consisting of over 20 high end developers (IIT, REC types). The candidate would need to be:-
a. Highly technical – we are not a services company and are not interested in Project managers. Our CTO should agree with our overall philosophy regarding developers: 2 regular developers can never do what 1 good developer can in even the same time. There are some things that regular developers can never do that a good developer can with ease.
b. Communicative – as part of the role, you would be required to attend senior meetings and pitches with our customers, attend standards meetings, events, write detailed functional specs etc.
c. Self-sufficient – Our CEO, COO etc. are more or less sales people. The CTO will be more or less the head of Indian operations as the other senior team members are ‘in transit’ while in India.
d. Passionate about our opportunity – This is very important. We are a high risk product company funded on our own steam which we are reluctant to change.
e. Willing to risk 2-3 years of your life – This is the time frame post which we expect to have a very stable large company. We are not interested in pursuing a lower risk services strategy.
Head of Marketing Communications
We are looking for a young person who has an ability to simplify complex technology and thus communicate it to technology decision makers across cultures and languages. The person will also be responsible for leading our offshore inside sales team. What we are looking for:-
1. A person with prior background in sales looking to make a shift to a Marketing role.
2. Some informal/ formal training in sales, marketing processes through established methodologies. Please state which methodology you follow in your resume.
3. Experience in running marketing activities such as email marketing, webinars, lead generation, inside sales etc.
4. Very good communication and leadership skills.
5. An ability to be quick on numbers, use metrics etc.
6. Ability to train and groom newer team members into the marketing team.

CFM (www.whycfm.org) is a social start-up based out of New Delhi, India whose mission is to is to create wealth for its primary stakeholders – the artisan communities at the bottom of the supply chain. In the first year of operations it was able to achieve a turnover of USD 100000 and create wealth to 870 artisans across India. Our next target is to reach a million dollars in sales and impact the lives of 5000 artisans. Our focus is on handicrafts which are “fast moving” such as fashion accessories and home furnishings.
To streamline its supply chain, CFM is piloting a project to incorporate ICT into the existing chain so as to increase efficiency. In this context we are looking for a part/full time consultant/mentor who can help us by acting as an interface between us and our technology partners. He / She should be able to understand our technology needs and convert them into a requirement document for the coders.
