Your Supplier Network LLC, a New York based startup provides B2B solutions for managing procurement to payment processes for medium to large organizations. The company has a team of 3 people working in India on the technical implementation. The team is looking to hire an architect, product manager to lead the complete technical implementation effort. You will have complete ownership over the team, be able to make decisions based on company’s strategy and will be given full control on how to build and maintain the solutions.
The founder has over 12 years of experience in the procurement to payment industry, has extensive network in US in the business community, led multiple implementations of procurement to payment processes at global pharmaceutical, insurance, state governments. The founder has an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and a Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering.
The current product is the starting point in a grand vision of a ground-breaking solution that will challenge the way companies do business. The vision and the product idea is well received within the tech-venture investing community and has received investment offers but the founder decided to explore the idea on his own. Once this product gets more clients, new products will be built and the previous team members will be given preference over new hires.

Selection Process
The founder will do a phone-screen initially and if there is mutual agreement to move forward, you will be given few days to come up with a design for a solution. The design should focus on object model, infrastructure, UI design. The best design presenters will have a face-to-face interview and after this interview, the final choice will be made.
• You will be tasked with re-organizing, forming, leading the team. You will get an opportunity to put your mark on the company.
