Ours is a holding company that has recently promoted a start up in India for consumer products. We are a group of international investors that joined with a UK group in this sector and setting up this manufacturing facility in India. Project cost is Rs 108 crores with first phase at Rs 68 crores. Project is coming up near Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh 120kms from Chennai city. Project is in advanced stages and likely to be in production from October 2008.
Products will be exported to major international customer base of the UK group. It will have UK technical team based full time in India. We are looking to complete the Indian management team with good backgrounds & experience in Finance and Sales+Marketing.
Need talent that can launch these products in the Indian market and develop a good brand in the sector in India. Willing to let young talent with business development skills to lead the operations and report to the Board. Need backgrounds to head finance, Sales & Marketing functions to support the leader of business.
The group is also putting in place a Management Board , whose members will be part time and mentor the team, guide and review operations to reach goals set.
