Neartivity Wireless is looking to hire a CTO/Project Manager to lead its team of developers.
The CTO/ Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. He/She will work with the Executive Management to grow the company through the use of technological resources. The CTO has overall responsibility for management of all technology infrastructure planning, strategy and deployment. Partners with Senior Management to manage overall IT day-to-day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction, including internal and external clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
* Directs the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
* Works in a consultative fashion with other business unit leaders as an adviser of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
· Oversees technology architecture and influences technical and architectural aspects of company-wide business decisions.

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Executive level experience in setting strategy, vision, roadmaps/direction
· Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
· Outstanding verbal and written skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills are required. The need to persuade and sell in the liaison role with senior management calls for a high degree of human relations skills.
· Considerable management skills are required to successfully perform the planning, directing, reporting and administrative responsibilities of this position.
· A comprehensive knowledge of the information systems technology subjects and extensive knowledge of hardware and software, with the ability to keep abreast of new technologies.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience.
* 2-7 years progressive experience in IT and business/industry work experience.

– Should be self motivated and should not required any supervision
– Must have demonstrated experience of setting up a central Enterprise Server serving applications to multiple thin clients.The We are not talking of potential but actual past experience/expertise
– Initially you will be the architect as well as the developer. But later you will be able to build a team to work under you.
